The FC Barcelona player Abdessamad Ezzalzouli expressed his excitement to be part of the national team’s upcoming FIFA games.
Ezzalzouli expressed in a statement to the official website of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation his desire to join the national team for the upcoming FIFA games, mainly DR Congo’s game, which is nearing to take place on March 25 and 29.
“I am glad to be part of the national team for the first time, and our goal is to qualify to the finals,” Ezzalzouli said.
FC Barcelona’s player called on Moroccan fans to show support to achieve this goal, concluding his statement by stating “Morocco forever.”
The national coach Vahid Halilhodzic has already invited Ezzalzouli to be part of the recent CAN games, which took place in Cameroon from January 9 to February 6, while the international player wasn’t able to join at that time.
Morocco’s first game against DR Congo is set to take place in Congo’s capital Kinshasa on March 25, starting at 4 p.m.
